Peter R. Kassabov, Chairman And CEO
Entrepreneur Peter Kassabov owns a successful record of transforming new business concepts into profitable, large-scale operational enterprises. Mr. Kassabov started his career at Logistix Corporation, where he was a key member of an executive team that grew the company in seven years from a small outsourcing entity, with fewer than 300 employees, to one of the world’s largest high-tech outsourcing enterprises with more than $750 million in revenue, 3,500 employees and 18 locations on five continents. Mr. Kassabov was responsible for the implementation and management of integrated direct-to-consumer operations, including e-commerce, predictive modeling, customer service, order fulfillment and technology solutions worldwide for companies such as Microsoft, HP, Dell, Apple and Sony. In 1999, as a Founder and President of Connextions, Inc., one of the leading outsourcing firms in the U.S., Mr. Kassabov spearheaded the company’s self-funded, profitable growth from 30 employees to more than 1,000. Under his leadership, the Connextions team designed and implemented integrated analytical and service solutions for industry leaders such as Mercedes Benz, Olympus, EarthLink, Chase Manhattan and Nextel. The company’s success was recognized with numerous industry awards, including the “Call Center of the Year,” “CRM Implementation of the Year,” “100 Best Supply Chain Partners,” and “Fast 50,” among others. In 2003, recognizing healthcare industry challenges and opportunities, Mr. Kassabov founded Connextions Health, LLC. Under his leadership the company grew into a profitable enterprise, employing hundreds of nurses, clinicians and licensed insurance sales agents. Connextions Health’s unique predictive modeling solutions enabled health care insurance plans to identify and manage high cost healthcare conditions through integrated member-centric disease management and wellness programs. Company clients include United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Net and Cedars Sinai. In 2006 Mr. Kassabov successfully sold his ownership in Connextions and Connextions Health to a major private equity firm. An American citizen, Mr. Kassabov holds a Master of Science Degree in Engineering from HIACE Institute in Sofia, Bulgaria, his native country. He is a member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and serves on the Board of the Orlando Chapter of YPO. Jeffrey Taylor, Managing Director And Chief Business Development Officer
Mr. Taylor controls all Sales & Marketing, governmental initiatives, and manages all of the company’s high level client relationships. In addition to his working title, he continues to play an integral role in the development of unique data and process solutions to help better overall industry practices - such as exclusive data sources for lenders to make better loans, and forensic review and loss mitigation solutions to help investors manage their portfolios. Prior to co-founding Digital Risk, LLC, Mr. Taylor was a Partner of Rapid Reporting Marketing Group, Ltd., the first private company to contract with the Social Security Administration (SSA) for authentication of Social Security numbers against the SSA database. As a business development manager at Connextions, Inc., an integrated outsourcing provider, Mr. Taylor was responsible for Business development and played a critical role on the company's management team, which achieved triple digit revenue growth during his tenure. A self-starter at his core, prior to Connextions, Mr. Taylor was the Founder of American Transfer and Trust, Inc., a SEC licensed stock transfer agency, servicing NASDAQ Small Cap and OTCBB companies. An accomplished industry advocate, he is a sought after speaker at various industry panels, trade shows, and rating agencies. The Federal Reserve, the U.S. Treasury and Fox Business News often call upon Mr. Taylor’s unique insight. He is a proud member of the Fraud and Ethics Subcommittee of the Mortgage Bankers Association and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Miami. Alex Santos, President And Managing Director
Alex Santos brings more than 15 years of executive experience to his role as President of Digital Risk. He has overall management responsibility – including strategy development, client service, analytics and operations. Mr. Santos has developed experience across a wide range of residential mortgage products and asset-based financial markets, including whole loan mortgages, mortgage backed securities, and other asset backed debt instruments. Prior to Digital Risk, Mr. Santos was a Senior Vice President at Connextions, Inc. Connextions is one of the country’s most innovative solutions provider to the healthcare and consumer products industries integrating analytical tools with expert services. At Connextions, Mr. Santos was responsible for the supply chain business unit including the development of predictive models utilized to optimize client’s inventory levels, fill-rates, cost and velocity. Also while at Connextions, Mr. Santos oversaw the development of models designed to identify chronic disease prior to diagnosis allowing disease management and wellness services to intervene and mitigate skyrocketing healthcare costs. Prior to Connextions, Mr. Santos was a member of Ernst & Young LLP’s Merger and Acquisition practice serving Fortune 500 clients as well as major private equity firms in the financial technology sector. While at Ernst & Young, Mr. Santos worked on 60 transactions with a total value of $12 billion. Mr. Santos began his career as financial auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP specializing in financial services. Mr. Santos has earned advanced degrees in both Law and Accounting from the University of Florida. Mr. Santos is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Florida Bar. Charles Kline, Managing Director Century Capital Management
In 1998, Mr. Kline became the founding CEO of the Homesite Group, a successful nationwide homeowners insurer based in Boston. In 1993, he co-founded CAT Limited (CAT) and Hamilton Services in a private equity funding led by Morgan Stanley. Mr. Kline served as President of CAT, the reinsurer, and Chairman of Hamilton Services which provided analytics and pricing products to the insurance industry. CAT also formed the financial risk reinsurer, Enterprise Re, with Chubb, Morgan Stanley and GE as co-investors. CAT and Hamilton Services were sold to the ACE Group in 1997, and Enterprise was sold to the Imagine Group in 1999. Mr. Kline became co-CEO of ACE Capital Products after the sale of CAT. Previously, as a Managing Director of Guy Carpenter & Company, LLC, Mr. Kline negotiated risk transfer reinsurance contracts for major insurers both domestically and internationally. Mr. Kline earned a BBA from Southern Methodist University and an MBA in Finance, Accounting and International Business from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business. David Sherwood, Managing Director Century Capital Management
Prior to joining Century, Mr. Sherwood was a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers and Global Chairman of the Financial Institutions Group in the investment banking division. He served as a senior relationship manager for a variety of clients in the United States, Europe, and Asia. From 1999 to 2007, he was responsible for managing the group, first in the U.S., and beginning in 2001, in Europe and Asia as well. During this time period, he also served as a member of the Executive Committee of investment banking. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 1999, Mr. Sherwood worked for 12 years at Merrill Lynch, where he was a Managing Director and regional sector head for the financial services group. During his career, Mr. Sherwood has worked on a wide range of strategic and capital-raising transactions for all types of financial services companies. Mr. Sherwood holds a BA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Chris Lalonde, Principal Century Capital Management
Mr. Lalonde earned a BA in Economics from Boston College and a Masters in Accounting, Entrepreneurial Finance and Strategic Cost Management from Babson College. Cheri Bransford, Corporate Secretary
Cheri Bransford brings extensive experience to her role as Digital Risk’s Corporate Secretary. As Corporate Secretary, Ms. Bransford administers Digital Risk’s corporate governance investor relations programs. Prior to Digital Risk, Ms. Bransford supported Mr. Kassabov in the daily and strategic operations of Connextions and in the creation of its Healthcare unit - Connextions Health. Connextions is one of the country’s most innovative solutions provider to the healthcare and consumer products industries integrating analytical tools with expert services. Prior to Connextions, Ms. Bransford was Vice President and Corporate Secretary for the STAR Network, and the HONOR Network prior to the merger with STAR. The STAR Network is a nationwide financial network, owned by the largest U.S. financial institutions, providing ATM and POS debit services. She was an integral part of the merger with STAR and the many acquisitions by HONOR of other Networks. She was also a vital member of the Integration Team of Star Systems into Concord EFS and was instrumental in the Secondary Stock Offering with STAR/ Concord on behalf of the STAR Shareholders. During her successful tenure, she held positions with increasing responsibilities including corporate marketing, human resources, executive administration, Board and Shareholder liaison. Ms. Bransford was the first non-Board member elected by the Board of Directors to hold the position of Corporate Secretary and was elected to the Board Marketing Committee, the Operations/Technical Committee, and the Board Nomination Committee as well. She also orchestrated and attended all Board, Board Committee and Shareholder meetings. Ms. Bransford holds a management degree from Southern College with a minor in corporate law.
