Jim Yeh Joins Digital Risk, LLC As Chief Analytics Officer

Digital Risk Strengthens its Analytical and Loss Mitigation Offerings by adding Former Countrywide and Credit Suisse Leader to Executive Team

Maitland, FL (July 29, 2009) - Digital Risk, LLC announced today that it has selected Jim Yeh for the position of Chief Analytics Officer. Mr. Yeh will have overall responsibility – including client solution development - for Digital Risk's analytical and loss mitigation businesses. Digital Risk is the leading provider of integrated predictive analytics and expert advisory services helping the nation's largest and best-known mortgage originators, servicers and investors manage risk and mitigate losses. Mr. Yeh, 42, brings more than 15 years of experience to this position, having served in various executive positions for the nation’s leading lenders and investors. Most recently, he was Executive Vice President at Countrywide (NYSE: BAC), where he oversaw execution, pricing and analytics of the secondary market. His broad responsibilities included best execution for agency and non-agency loans, agency and non-agency pricing, pricing process re-engineering and analytics.

Previously, Mr. Yeh served in a variety of global Trading, Trading Oversight and Risk Management roles at Credit Suisse Group (NYSE: CS) including CMBS, RMBS and ABS issuance and structuring, CDS and commercial loan syndication, Interest Rate Swap trading, currency hedging, conduit risk oversight, performing and non-performing whole loan pricing (commercial and residential) and MBS portfolio risk mitigation.

Mr. Yeh began his career at Fair Isaac’s (NYSE: FIC) Financial Engineering Research Group where Mr. Yeh conceived neural network financial applications, developed risk based pricing models and created advanced scorecards integrating unique and novel data inputs to mitigate insurance and fraud losses. Mr. Yeh earned his Doctorate and Masters Degrees from the University of California Berkeley in Operation Research. Mr. Yeh is a Charted Financial Analyst (CFA).
