Digital Risk invites you to join a select group of female executives to experience an exciting and educational retreat in the rolling vineyards and lush farmlands of the Sonoma Valley. We have a planned a stellar event this year as we focus on Reaching for the Stars professionally, technologically and personally.  We are arranging something out of this world for this year’s event as the main focus will be on Transformative Tech; how to better understand and apply to your organization.  In addition, we have planned informative panels and workshop sessions to enhance your personal and profession lives.

Digital Risk knows well the substantial impact businesswomen can have on their companies and on the industry as a whole. The Women’s Executive Summit, by design, brings together business women leaders in the mortgage finance and capital markets industry to discuss relevant industry, professional growth, and personal topics, network, and enjoy the venue and conference activities.

While we are still working on the details, expect to enjoy activities such as:

• Free 30 minute coaching sessions with 2 top professional coaches
• Yoga and fitness classes
• Great wine and touring wineries
• Dinners featuring local food
• Enough free time for meetings and rest too

EWS Feedback

Thank you for hosting another inspiring event for women in our industry. Digital Risk had the right mix of networking, education, and fun. I know you devoted a tremendous amount of time, energy and money to this event and I personally am so grateful to Digital Risk for supporting women a priority.  I am honored to participate in this event.

First, thank you so much, again, for the opportunity to be here this year.  It was tremendous!!  Huge kudos to Digital Risk!

Thank you for such a great couple of days!

Thank you for such an incredibly special few days together in an amazing place with amazing experiences and incredible women and men.

This is my second EWS and I cherish the time to think differently and be surrounded by such diverse talent and experience. When you look at the accomplishments across the group the humility is amazing.

Thank you a million times over for everything Digital Risk gave to making our time in Sonoma so special.

All of the thanks goes to Digital Risk.  The event was terrific and I am so fortunate to have been invited to participate.  Thank you!

Thanks again for having me come to speak on Tuesday.  I very much enjoyed the conversation with the group – it’s fun to speak with such an engaged and thoughtful group of women!  I was quite impressed with the level of insight the participants brought to the discussion.  I’ve spoken with many groups about Millennials, and I have to say that the women at EWS were much more interesting to talk with than most of the other groups I’ve encountered!
