Michael will lead our keynote dinner. Author and public speaker specializing in creativity and innovation he will lead our guest through his WINE DRINKING FOR INSPIRED THINKING: Uncork Your Creative Juices seminar which introduces a “whole brain” creative approach to wine appreciation. In a delightful step-by-step fashion Gelb will guide our guests to express their experience of wine in poetic terms. He shows how to do this in a way that makes it easy and fun to share this exploration as an ice-breaking exercise.

Dr. Carol Ritberger is the world renowned author of the books, What Color Is Your Personality?; Love…What’s Personality Got to Do With It?; and Managing People…What’s Personality Got to Do with It? She is a radio host and an innovative leader in the fields of personality behavioral psychology and behavioral medicine. With a Ph.D. in Theology, and education in Psychoneuroimmunology and Psychoneurophysiology, Carol has been teaching since 1981 that the key to creating healthy, mutually beneficial relationships and creating good health lies in understanding personality. Her work has been featured nationally in print, and on radio and television.

Marcia Davies is Chief Operating Officer for the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). As COO, Marcia is responsible for ensuring cross organizational alignment and facilitating the implementation of strategic initiatives, as well as maintaining key oversight of projects that are organizational priorities. Previously, Marcia worked at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), as Senior Advisor to the Assistant Secretary for Housing and Federal Housing Commissioner. Additionally, Marcia worked for 21 years at Freddie Mac in a variety of positions.

She is the author of Cut Adrift: Families in Insecure Times, which examines how families are coping in an insecure age. She is an expert on gender, family life, work, economic insecurity, and social and economic inequality. She writes, speaks, and consults about these issues for media outlets, professional groups, and companies such as Amazon, American Express, and Kraft.
